Today I rediscovered my need to intentionally stand in peace. I had been actively forgetting what I had already learned:
'Be anxious for nothing... but in all things with prayer and thanksgiving talk to Papa about your heart cries. And his peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds.'
Philippians 4:6-7 {paraphrased}
Peace is not the absence of something, but the presence of Someone {The Holy Spirit, The prince of Peace, God's Presence}
I do not have peace because of the situations I avoid... but because of the way I wade through every circumstance that comes my way.
